Changing your contact information in our system

If you want to change the email address you use as a volunteer (other other contact information), you can do so in our Volunteer Information Center or VICnet; that's the system you use to log your service hours.

Follow these steps:

1. Head to the Log Hours page on our Volunteer Portal and log in with the email and password you usually use;
   
2. Once you've logged in, click the User Menu (or your name) at the top right;
3. Scroll down to where your contact information is listed and update your email, phone number, or mailing address;
4. Press the Save button.
