Proof of Service / Verified Service Hours for Schools

If you need proof of service hours for your school or organization, we can verify your hours. 

To have your service hours approved: 

• Email [email protected] and ask our staff to send your school a digital letter, email, or signed document. 
• Or, send forms/documents to [email protected] and our staff will provide a digital signature and our contact information

Please note: It can take 1-2 weeks to verify, sign, and return your service hours. If you have deadlines, please account for this.
