I'm getting a "Cannot download fast enough" message in webEB

webEB is a browser-based app and is very dependent on the maintaining a constant and robust connection to our server. If you start getting this message, the first step is to try increasing the Playback buffer in Settings:

  1. Click the Settings gear icon on the left in webEB ⚙️
  2. Increase the number for Playback buffer in increments of 5
  3. Repeat several times (up to ~40) 

If you continue getting this message and you have a Windows PC, you may want to consider trying the PC version of EasyBooks. 

 

You can also get this message if your system is old, or you're competing for bandwidth on your Internet  connection; you may want to consider a computer upgrade or choose to use webEB during times when Internet usage is lower in your home &/or area.
