Audiobook Project Portal login issues

Please try the following steps if you're having this issue:
- Log into the Audiobook Project Portal at top right;
- If you're already logged in, try refreshing the screen;
- Log out and back in;
- Try using an Incognito window in the Chrome browser: PC Ctrl-Shift-N or Mac Cmd-Shift-N; note that you need to allow 3rd party cookies in incognito mode (or allow cookies from this site in your Privacy and security browser settings) in order to see the Download PDF button;
- If #3 helps, visit Google.com and left-click the round image icon at top right and choose Sign out. Then log back into your browser with the account you want to use and try again.
⚠ Please Note: if you're a new volunteer, you won't be able to see the Download PDF button until you're received the welcome email after training and submitting the Narrator Profile form.
If you can't see your assigned project in My Projects, also be sure you're logging in using the Google account you gave us in the Narrator profile form, as that's what we use when assigning the project.
